Our governing documents, the Covenants & Restrictions and the Amended Declaration, are in dire need of updating. They were penned in 1989 and contain many provisions that are no longer relevant, confusing or unclear, and, in some cases, legally unenforceable. Amending these documents require approval by 51% (C&R's) and 75% (Amended Declaration) of property owners. The buttons below provide access to proposed updates as a starting point.
