Your request will be forwarded to the HOA Treasurer for review and to determine if any amounts are owed to the LHP HOA. Please note that the LHP HOA is self-managed and does not utilize a management company. There is only an annual assessment, which is due each January 31st. If there is an active lien on file, you will be provided a copy or can obtain one from the Berkeley County Assessor's office.
